CNS Photo Album Of Hope-
Tribute funds to honor and remember

Help us put a face to the Millions of Children affected by developmental disabilities.

Getting Started
Helpful Tips

  1. Write your story first
  2. Select your favorite photo-
(Images must be .jpg files.  The maximum acceptable file size is 200 Kb.)
  3. Register-then cut and paste your story, upload your photo

It's as simple as 1, 2, 3!

If someone you love has been affected by an aquired or genetic insult to their brain,  join us by putting a face to the community of those affected by the lack of pediatric brain repair research.

Imagine the joy in seeing a tribute fund created in honor of someone special - or in memory of a loved one who has passed. Reading the online guest book, receiving emails when donations are made, looking through online photo albums, all will undoubtedly create lasting memories for the entire community. And give hope to the honoree and honoree's family.

Join the cns photo album of hope by donating to an honorary or memorial fund. Better yet, join the community by creating a fund for someone special and telling all your friends. People who create tribute funds are called CNS champions. Visit the CNS Champion Center and learn, first hand, that building a tribute fund is as easy as 1-2-3.

And be a CNS Champion...
